Please re-read the criteria for Assignment #1. Many of you did a great job but some of you missed the point and provided word uses that did not relate to the course material or texts.

FRIDAY March 16th
POST BEFORE 9PM your group selected 1-2 blog entries on my blog (GROUP BLOG DISCUSSION TOPICS)
READ everyone's selected blog post.
Make sure that you post on this day so that everyone in the class can read them in advance (before Monday's tutorial.)

Monday March 19th
ALL Group Blog Presentations
Everyone will SUBMIT their WORK to me PRIOR to presenting.
ALL groups will present on this day.
Each group has 10 MINUTES for discussion, so please time yourselves.
Each group will select 1 OR 2 entries to discuss in class for their 10 minutes.
EACH MEMBER should offer something new to the blog entry topic.
This can be a group debate, group discussion, a group teaching moment, etc.
(Contact me if you wish to propose something different for your own group.)

FRIDAY March 23rd
POST your responses to the group blog presentations
During the blog presentations, the audience members should take notes and consider questions/comments for further discussion. Engage with (focus on) the written blog material or further the presentation discussion.
Post one response to each group presentation = 3 RESPONSES
You can use these responses as your respond to/comment on (at least) three other blog entries (50 – 150 words per entry)
or they can be in addition to these three responses and I will factor your exceptional work and contribution :) into your grade.
(THIS ENTRY DOES NOT NEED TO BE PRINTED OFF AND SUBMITTED TO ME.)
If you are choosing to use any of the three presentation responses to fulfill your criteria for the responses, then you should INDICATE this in writing on your package when you submit it to me on March 19th.

Monday March 26th
Critical Terminology Presentations (Instead of Submission #3 for Assignment #1)
I will assign each group 2-4 critical terms.
EACH MEMBER of your group SHOULD BE PREPARED TO TEACH the class ALL 2-4 of the assigned critical terms. In small groups, you will teach your words to your classmates. They will be depending on your knowledge, so don't slack off.
We will highlight some of the major terms that Prof. Ogden has used over the course of the semester.
